Water Polo at DGSRC!!

DGSRC is excited to offer competitive water polo again in the 2026 season!! Our introductory water polo program is for boys and girls ages 9 to 14 (i.e. have not started highschool yet)  Through games and activities, players will learn the basics of water polo such as treading (egg-beater), passing and shooting the ball. This program has been created to introduce our swimmers to the sport in a fun, safe, and easy-to-learn environment. Interested players should be able to swim safely across the pool and back. For an overview on the sport, please visit: A Beginners Guide to Water Polo
